1. Regular Deliveries, Your Way

When you sign up, you’ll choose the plan that works best for you—weekly, biweekly, or monthly. We’ll take care of the rest and make sure your flowers arrive on time, every time.

2. Easy Payments

Your subscription is billed automatically based on the plan you selected. All payments are made in advance of your delivery, so you can just sit back and enjoy the blooms!

3. Need to Make a Change?

No problem at all. Should you wish to pause, skip a delivery, or update your plan, please feel free to contact us at the shop. We’re happy to help adjust things to fit your needs.

4. Cancelling Your Subscription

Life happens! Should you need to cancel, please contact us at least 5 days prior to your next scheduled delivery to avoid any charges.

5. Delivery Details

We’ll deliver your flowers according to your chosen schedule. If any unexpected delays occur (like weather or traffic), we’ll always do our best to keep you informed and get your flowers to you as soon as possible.

6. Our Happiness Promise

If something’s not quite right with your delivery, please contact us right away. While we can’t offer refunds for deliveries already made, we’ll do everything possible to make it right and ensure you’re happy with your blooms.
